Not Recommended for Families
The staff were friendly, very nice people, but management? Completely childish. One night, I even saw them make fun of a guest who just wanted a quieter room, like it's a joke or something, very unprofessional.
I mean it wasn’t exactly affordable either.

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious and comfortable Deluxe Room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring, and the nearby Bord Du Lac Park is a great spot for scenic views and leisurely walks along the waterfront.

Friendly staff and comfy rooms
Spent 1 night here, and the room was really nice with a king bed and great light. Had some hiccups with supplies tho, like only getting 1 towel when I asked for more. The restaurant was closed for breakfast, which was a bummer. The staff were super friendly, though, which made a difference. Would come back for sure!

I loved waking up to the stunning sunrise and relaxing by the outdoor pool during my stay. The sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun after a long day of enjoying the games. Just a heads up, the coffee shop opened a bit late, so grab your caffeine fix early! ☀️

I really appreciated the art deco vibe throughout the hotel, making it visually stunning and comfortable for seniors like me. The overall decor was fresh, and the common areas were well-maintained and accessible, enhancing our stay immensely.
Bahtmat for the bathroom would be helpful.

Decent Stay with Potential for Improvement
Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds in the clean room while staying for two nights. However, be prepared to seek dining options elsewhere, as the hotel lacks breakfast service. Consider this place if you'll be out exploring local attractions during the day!

I stayed here for a short getaway and found the location very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The room was quite comfortable and well-furnished, which made for a pleasant stay. However, I did notice some hiccups with parking availability, and a cleaning issue with the sheets that dampened the experience slightly. Overall, the variety of gaming options on the casino floor was enjoyable, and the fast drink service was a nice bonus.

The Deluxe Balcony Room was solid. Super comfy with nice decor and a great view. The shower was awesome too, with a cool waterfall feature. But yeah, there was a noticeable smoke smell in the room, which wasn't great. It was also a bit noisy—you could hear the guy next door pretty clearly. Overall, decent stay but could use some tweaks.

Just a good match for a weekend break in Lake Charles with definitely value for money. The room was recently updated, but it still had some rough finishes. If you're staying, make sure to ask for additional towels right away.

missingWrote a review on 12 Marhigh-end diningconvenient locationnavigational issues
Gordon Ramsay's restaurant adds a high-end dining option that stands out. The location is conveniently close to various attractions, making it easy to explore the area without long drives.
Navigating from the parking garage to the hotel check-in was a frustrating experience with unclear signs, and it felt like a maze finding the way. The air conditioning unit in the room made a loud pop each time it activated, and maintenance claimed this was common across rooms, making sleep difficult. Additionally, the lack of breakfast options was disappointing, especially after spending a good chunk on the stay, leaving us without a satisfying start to the day. The casino felt small with limited slots, and dining options were lacking, especially late at night.
